Who will you be working with?
I’m Alison Whitfield, Director and Founder of Cultivate People Services.
I bring over 10 years of people management and service delivery experience to the table and have seen plenty of great (and not so great) practice over the years.
Before working as a Head of People, I spent many years managing teams, delivering customer and service delivery improvement plans and focusing on organisational success. Now, through Cultivate, I take those concepts into creating exceptional employee journeys.

This includes benchmarking and audit services, ad-hoc support, one off projects or ongoing retainer services. This all depends on the service and the complexity of the challenge you bring to us. Services start from an agreed hourly rate up to larger projects at a day rate, or retained services on a monthly basis. We will complete an audit and discovery exercise with all clients at the beginning of our relationship and provide a full, transparent project proposal to make sure there's no nasty surprises.
